This award is designed to encourage promising filmmakers provided by the CHANEL X BIFF Asian Film Academy. Each year, the Academy faculty members will select two fellows participating in the program who have demonstrated remarkable promise. Each recipient will be granted an award of USD 5,000.

CHANEL X BIFF Asian Film Academy collaborates with Motion Picture Association (MPA) to have a pitching workshop, ‘Bridge to Hollywood.’ Following the pitch competition at the workshop, the two fellows have an opportunity to visit industry events in the United States and Australia, respectively. The First Prize winner will attend a 5-day Film Immersion Program in Los Angeles, USA. The President’s Special Recognition Award winner will be invited to Brisbane, Australia, to attend the Asian Pacific Screen Awards (APSA).

The C-47 POST STUDIO Editing Award is presented to an editing fellow who demonstrates exceptional editing skills and strong dedication in their craft. The selected fellow will receive a DaVinci Resolve Micro Panel and a lifetime license for DaVinci Resolve Studio.
